Get 2 great subjects in one class:  Wine & Artisan Bread!  Learn about what makes bread an Artisan Bread.  Robert will explain the basics of making Artisan Bread the American way with a heavy influence from the French.  You will also learn how to get the most out of your Artisan Bread, storage and all your questions answered.  To slice or not to slice, that is the question!  French Country Bread, Rosemary Bread and Multi-Grain Whole wheat will be sampled.
