ANSWER: That's up to you. You can phone your order in, e-mail your order in, or place your secure order on-line (website is open 24/7). Remember, the cookies, chocolates and gifts shown here are just a sampling of what we have to offer.
For internet orders, gifts for delivery in Kansas City metro area will be discounted accordingly after we receive the order.

Orders placed by 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday will go out on the same day.
All other orders will go out the next business day (slightly longer during Holidays).

All production and fulfillment is located in the Kansas City Metro area so this keeps nationwide shipping reasonable and speedy. Standard UPS will get your package pretty much anywhere in the continental US in just 1-3 days!

Q: I need a Gift Basket ASAP, can you help? Is there any extra charge for rush service?
ANSWER: YES & NO! Of course we can help! You tell us what you need done and by when, and we will give you several options. Usual turnaround time is within one business day. We maintain a large inventory of over 12,000 baskets, bags and boxes for situations such as this. There is no additional charge for speedy turnaround.
 
Q: I need to send a gift out of town, can you help, and how does that work?
ANSWER: Sure, we can ship Gifts almost anywhere by UPS Ground (other options available if needed). We looked at partnering with a wire service, but we found that quality and product selection varied greatly and did not measure up to our high Best Regards standards. We instead took a somewhat revolutionary course in how we handle shipping & delivery. We have streamlined our shipping department and do not treat shipping as a profit center, so we can ship any Gift Basket any where in the continental US at a reasonable cost. If you need your gift there tomorrow, we can ship overnight by UPS or FED EX direct bill the freight to your account. Our charge is only $5.00 for the box, packing, paperwork & delivery to the shipper.
 
Q: Where can I buy some of those great Cookies and Chocolates that were in my Gift Basket?
ANSWER: You can purchase any of our products individually here at our showroom. Be sure to check out the links to the right for our own secret recipe goodies! The big soft baked cookies are only available here at Best Regards. All of our Tea Cookies and Craves Chocolates are now available at other leading Gourmet Food Retailers and high end gift shops.
If you have a favorite retailer that you would like to carry our products, tell them what they are missing out on.
