Welcome to the Best Regards website.  We have been asked many times how we came up with our website name, the truth is it was very easy because that is what we do.  We Make Them Smile!  If you have been here before, you will notice all the great changes and additions.  If this is your first time, we welcome you and hope you find it to be super accessible. Although this is our 18th year, we have made our greatest strides since 2002 with the growth of our Bakery & Chocolate Shoppe.  My husband Rob now referred to as the "Cookie Guy" thanks to Toby Tobin, has developed the most delicious cookies you will ever taste.  For you Chocoholics out there, he has his own custom blend of chocolate that brings out all the flavor of a Dark Chocolate without the aftertaste.  You haven't had chocolate until you have tasted our Mint Cookie Craves and my very favorite Cranberry Orange Craves.

Several years ago we have finally listened to the growing demands to start wholesaling our products.  We have been told that our cookies & chocolates are too good to keep to ourselves.  We started off testing the market with Dean & Deluca in Leawood, Kansas.  WOW, what a response.  After lots of great feedback and encouragement, we redesigned our packaging, bought more new equipment and ramped up production.  We are now national with specialty retailers nationwide and plans to go international! Remember, we only wholesale the tea cookies and chocolates, not the huge fresh baked cookies, you can still only get those here at www.MakeThemSmile.com and at the Best Regards Bakery, now in Overland Park.

      Our daughter Faith, now 10 is an important part of our business and is always eager to volunteer for cookie taste testing.  Faith is also in charge of employee morale, which she does with great enthusiasm.  We also would not be here today without the support and amazing efforts from all of our employees.  Many thanks to them!
